Learn how to use Connections to collect event data from mobile apps, websites, and servers with one API, then pull in data from apps like CRM, payment systems, and internal databases to build a unified picture of customers.
In this module, you plan, configure, and implement data connections using Segment's Connections feature.
- Analyze and document key sources and destinations, review nuances, and map out the configuration for each planned destination.
- Review strategy, get sign off, and prepare the team for implementation by understanding the destinations, data to be sent, and system architecture.
